These providers have their own privacy policies. We do not share your information with unrelated parties without consent. User funds are managed through OTT Mobile's licensed infrastructure — Chaks SA acts as a registered technology partner/reseller.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information. Contact us at chakssupport@chakssa.com to exercise these rights. Deletion requests are processed within 30 days, except for transaction records required to be retained for 7 years under FICA.

We retain transaction data for 7 years for regulatory and compliance purposes. Personal data is retained only as long as necessary to provide services, typically 3-5 years unless required longer by law.

Chaks SA is a registered reseller of OTT Mobile Technologies (Pty) Ltd and complies with South African financial regulations, including the Financial Intelligence Centre Act (FICA), Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), and Consumer Protection Act (CPA). We conduct KYC (Know Your Customer) verification on all users.
